We will customize your diet and exercise routine based on your individual preferences with our online fitness and weight loss system!
We will assign your own personal trainer to your account to assist you with your health and fitness needs.
Using our automated online system and professional guidance we will determine your goals and design a workout that will include: Resistance Training, Cardio Training and a Nutritional Program that will accomplish your personal goals.
Our guidance includes an online tracking system for you to see and track the results of your personal program with your desktop computer or mobile phone.
Each client will have their own personal dashboard that will guide them through Health Screening, Fitness Assessment, Goals and Preferences, Member Home Page, Resistance Training, Cardio Training, Nutritional Systems, Progress Tracking and your own Personal Trainer to coach you through the process.
